I recommend this book for any fan of McCarthy. As I closed in on the end of the story called The Crossing my Kindle showed that I was only 43% of the way through what had been downloaded to the Kindle. Much to my surprise the book actually did end at this point and a copy of The Brass Verdict came up to make up the rest of the 57% of what I had purchased/5(94).
